This is the boss of Zamorak's Fortress in the God Wars dungeon. To access this room, you must kill at least 40 monsters belonging to Zamorak's army in the dungeon, and have a minimum of 70 hitpoints in order to cross the icy waters leading to Zamorak's Fortress.
Use prayer against K'ril Tsutaroth with caution. It will occasionally use an attack that hits through protection prayers. When it does this the damage it hits on you will not only be subtracted from your hitpoints but will also drain a portion of your prayer as well, so watch your prayer points carefully. Using Protect from Melee is still advised however, as it would hit you more often without it. This monster can also poison.
K'ril Tsutaroth is immune to poison. Its maximum hit is 53. It uses magic and melee attacks. It can also be included in lesser demon Slayer tasks.
